Day 1 :

Departure from Islamabad and Local Sightseeing

We are sure that departure from Islamabad has never been this exciting and crispy for you. We will make an early departure from the capital city and spend some time at the Taxila Museum which mainly focuses on Gandhara art. After that, we will depart to Khanpur dam and enjoy the beautiful views and fun activities there, for example, boating and cliff diving. After a few hours, we will head back to Islamabad and reach Faisal mosque and Pir Sohawa where we will stay at night.

Day 2 :

Islamabad to Murree

On the second day of the trip, we will depart for Murree. We will walk towards Mall Road and give you some time to explore their local foods and shop for anything you want. You can also enjoy chair lifting in Lower Patriata for more fun and excitement. After that, we will head back for a night's stay.

Day 3 :

Murree to Neelum Valley

After exploring the beauty of Murree, we will depart to Neelum Valley. As it is a long and tiring journey, we will have some tea time at Kohala. After that, we will drive through Muzaffarabad and make our way to Sharda where we will spend one night.

Day 4 :

Sightseeing in Sharda

On the fourth day of our trip, we will enjoy some local sightseeing at Sharda which is located on the local banks of Neelum River. At Sharda, we will explore historical sites, tourist points, and nearby towns & villages. You can take photographs, taste their local food items, and enjoy beautiful views all around.

Day 5 :

Depature to Islamabad

On the last day of our trip, we will finally head toward our destination point at Islamabad. Congrats, you are certified Awaragard now!

What items do I need to bring for the trip?

As you are traveling to Murree and Neelum Valley which have cold temperature climates for most of the year, it’s important to bring warm clothes, mittens, long boots, and 2 pairs of socks. It’s also recommended to bring pain relieving medicines and other items you need.

What is the best time to visit Kashmir?

June to September are probably the right months to travel to Kashmir when the temperature is nice and pleasant.
